The City of Osawatomie does hereby create a fund titled “Golf Course Fund”. The purpose of the fund is to receive golf related revenue and from other sources as permitted by law, and to expend funds for City operational expenses and the improvement of the City’s public golf course.

All golf course fees shall be established by the governing body annually by resolution.

No refuse, waste or excrement of any kind or character shall be thrown or deposited on the premises except in those receptacles provided.

The destruction, injury, defacement or removal of buildings or other property at the Osawatomie Golf Course is unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to enter on the premises or to participate in an unauthorized sport or activity. Authorization may be provided only by the city manager or his or her designated representative on authority of the governing body.

It shall be unlawful for any person, other than authorized city personnel, to be upon the Osawatomie Golf Course except during regular operating hours.

Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10.00 nor more than $100.00.
